Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am.

Maximum number of guests is 8, including children and infants.

No smoking of anything inside the house. Outside is fine; please clean up.

No events or parties. If you want to have a few friends/family over, please just let us know prior.

Only guests listed on the registration allowed on property without prior permission.

No commercial events or photography

Prior to checkout, guest is responsible for taking out the trash from the kitchen, ensuring no food is left out, washing the dishes/starting the dishwasher.

Additional information provided prior to booking. Any violation of our house rules will result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.
